Hailing from Little Havana, Adrian is a born and bred Miamian who centers his practice on criminal law, civil litigation, title services, and family law. Prior to co-founding Acosta & Lichter, P.A., Adrian gained a wealth of experience working at one of Miami’s premier law firms. He spent ten years working as a paralegal, honing his legal research skills under the supervision of some of Miami’s most skilled attorneys. After graduating law school, he then joined the same firm as associate attorney where he focused on Family Law.

Erik Lichter is also a born and bred Miamian hailing from Coconut Grove. Erik focuses primarily on criminal law and helping to protect small businesses. Prior to entering the field of law, he was able to live out every true Miamian’s dream by playing football for the University of Miami Hurricanes. Although Erik’s football career was cut short, he brings that same passion and energy for his clients. He was able to refine his legal research skills and gain experience at some of the premiere law firms prior to co-founding Acosta & Lichter, P.A.

Lester I. Rodriguez, Esq.

Lester I. Rodriguez is a Brooklyn, New York native. As a New York Alumni Scholar, he received his B.A. in Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to earning his Juris Doctorate degree at St. Thomas University School of Law, he served as a legal assistant at Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C.—one of the largest NYC mass tort law firms—specializing in litigation associated with defective medical devices, toxic torts, and Asbestos. While in law school he clerked for Arthur Jones, PA, and Hightower, Stratton, Novigrod & Kantor; concentrating respectively on Criminal Defense, and Insurance Defense Litigation. He also attained the privilege of serving as the executive board’s Articles Solicitation Editor of the St. Thomas University Journal of Complex Litigation. Upon graduating, and becoming licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, Lester served as an associate attorney at the Wolfson Law Firm, concentrating in Personal Injury Litigation on the Plaintiff’s side, where he zealously advocated for his clients and produced successful results. To date, Lester takes pride in providing quality representation for his clients; he maintains a focus in Personal Injury Law, Wrongful Death Claims, Landlord/Tenant Disputes, Commercial Litigation, and Criminal Law.

Christina Roye

Christina Roye hails from Miramar, Florida by way of Brooklyn, New York. Before beginning her legal journey, Christina earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the illustrious Florida A&M University located on the highest of seven hills in Tallahassee, Florida. Christina attended and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. Throughout her law school career, Christina focused on public service, interning at the Miami-Dade Public Defenders Office and the City of Hollywood City Attorney’s Office. Upon graduating from law school, Christina served as an Assistant Public Defender at the Broward County Public Defenders Office, defending our community’s weakest sector in juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony trials. Christina welcomes an opportunity to advocate zealously for her clients, while keeping their interests at the top of her priority list; she maintains a focus in criminal and personal injury law.

 

 

 

 

Kyara L. Herard

Kyara L. Herard is a proud Miamian who has dedicated her career to serving others. As a young scholar, Ms. Herard earned her Bachelors of Science in Political Science and Sociology at The Florida State University where she was heavily involved and found her passion for the law. Upon graduation with her Bachelors, she continued her pursuit of education at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor and Children and Family Honors Certificate. While in law school, she served as President of the Women Lawyers Association, Liaison for Central Florida Women Lawyers Association, and a Regional Representative for the Black Law Student Association along with being heavily involved with many other student organizations. However, her dedication to serving others did not stop there as she found a wealth of experience while an intern with the Children and Families Clinic at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and an intern with the Department of Children and Families followed by being an Assistant Public Defender at the Broward County Public Defenders Office. As an Associate Attorney at Acosta & Lichter, Kyara L. Herard focuses on Criminal, Civil and Family Law.
